Meadows Ridge Care Center is a 99-bed facility providing 24-hour skilled nursing and therapy services. We are designed to meet the needs of both short-term therapy and long-term care residents. RNs, LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants are all part of the nursing team as well as specialty nursing services, such as restorative nursing, infection control, and wound management, which are provided as needed. Our caring nurses and certified nursing assistants focus on the on-going needs of the residents and daily care of the body and spirit of each individual.

Whether recovering from a stroke, fracture or major illness, our experienced therapy professionals use the latest advances in technology to ensure our residents receive the highest level of services available. Our therapy services include, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech/language pathology, and restorative nursing. These in-house therapy services are available seven days a week to assist our patients in their recovery goals. Additionally, through a partnership with local home health agencies, our therapy staff is also there to treat those on an out-patient basis once discharged from our facility.

Comfort during recovery is important to us. Private, semi-private and 3-bed rooms are available as well as a spacious dining room, where our residents enjoy nutritious, well-balanced meals and supplements with guidance from a registered dietitian. We also offer many amenities including an on-premises barber/beauty salon, enclosed outdoor courtyards, and free Wi-Fi internet.
